Reservations and Confirmation A reservation becomes valid once confirmed in writing by Splendido and/or upon receipt of the required payment specified in the reservation confirmation. Prices and availability shown on the website are indicative until confirmation. 5. Prices and Payment All prices and payment terms are defined in the reservation confirmation. Additional charges (e.g. cleaning fees, security deposits, extra services) will be clearly stated where applicable. Payments and refunds are processed according to the confirmed reservation terms. 6. Cancellation and Modifications Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the accommodation property. The applicable and binding cancellation policy is the one stated in the offer and/or reservation confirmation. Guests are responsible for reviewing these terms prior to confirming a reservation. Guest Obligations Guests must use the accommodation responsibly, comply with house rules, and are liable for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence. 9. Liability Splendido acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of accommodation owners, nor for the quality or condition of the accommodation, except where liability is mandatory by law. Splendido is not liable for indirect damages or events beyond its reasonable control. 10. Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions. 11. Privacy and Cookies Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Splendido’s Privacy Policy available on the website. The website uses cookies; users may manage cookie settings as described on the website. 12.
