How can I book an apartment? +
Book via splendido.hr by selecting your apartment and sending an inquiry, or contact us directly by email or phone. Once availability is confirmed we will send you an offer with details and payment instructions.
How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for July – August. For pre- and post-season stays shorter notice is usually possible.
What is the minimum stay? +
It depends on the apartment and the period. During peak season the minimum stay is usually longer; in pre- and post-season shorter stays are possible. Exact conditions are listed in each apartment's description.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation? +
Cancellation terms depend on the property and period of stay. You can find exact terms in the description of each property on splendido.hr and in the booking confirmation.

What is included in the apartment price? +
The price includes accommodation, bed linen, towels, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and SAT-TV. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. Note: final cleaning is not included at some apartments — see the price list on splendido.hr.
Is parking available? +
All apartments have free parking. For apartments in the pedestrian town centre the parking space may be a few hundred metres away. Check each property's description for details.
Are pets allowed? +
Pet policy depends on the individual apartment owner. Please mention when enquiring that you are travelling with a pet and we will suggest suitable accommodation.

How do I get to Baška? +
The easiest route is by motorway from Slovenia, Italy, Austria or Hungary to Rijeka, then across the Krk Bridge and on to Baška. The nearest airport is Rijeka Airport, about 40 minutes away.
What are the check-in and check-out times? +
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. Please let us know in advance if these times don't suit you.
Do I need to bring ID documents? +
Yes — Croatian law requires us to register all guests. Please bring a valid ID card or passport for every person. Registration is quick and easy upon arrival.

How far is the beach from the apartments? +
Most apartments are 100 – 300 metres from the famous Vela Beach. The exact distance to the sea is stated in each apartment's description.
What activities are available in Baška? +
Diving, surfing, kayaking, hiking (120+ km of marked trails), zipline, quad bikes, boat trips to hidden coves, tennis, mini-golf and much more.
Are there shops and restaurants nearby? +
Absolutely — all within easy walking distance of Baška centre.

What are the apartment prices? +
Prices range from €40 to €200 per night, depending on size, season and location. Current prices on splendido.hr.
Is the tourist tax included? +
Most apartments have the tourist tax included in the price. For some apartments it is listed separately in the price list.
What payment methods are accepted? +
Cash, card (Visa / Mastercard) and bank transfer.
